Experience Michael has broad and in-depth experience in financial audit, IT audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, internal controls, and business process improvement. In his prior role as a Big 4 auditor and consultant, he led internal control improvement projects, information technology and process control aspects of financial statement audits, internal audit projects, IT and enterprise risk assessments, and ERP controls reviews.
Michael leverages his business acumen with knowledge of information technology to successfully deliver audit and consulting services to publicly traded SEC clients as well as private clients primarily in the real estate, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
