Mueller & Co., LLP’s Not-for-Profit Practice Welcomes John Fedus

John M. Fedus has been named Director of Mueller's Audit Practice. John is a CPA with over 22 years of public accounting experience. He has significant technical expertise in providing audit and specialized services to not-for-profit organizations including religious, charitable, membership, social services, schools, social clubs, museums, community development organizations, and foundations.

John joins Mueller & Co., LLP from Grant Thornton where he spent six years working with large nonprofits ranging in revenue size from $20 million to $500 million and assets from $20 million to $15 billion.
John graduated from the University of Illinois in 1987 with a B.S. in Accounting and is a certified public accountant. He is a member of the AICPA and presented at the fall 2008 not-for-profit conference. He is also a member of the Illinois CPA Society, and has served on Illinois CPA Society committees.

Mueller & Co., LLP, a leading financial services company in Illinois, has named Robert J. Coursey, CPA as a new partner in the firm.
Rob, who joined the Firm in 2000, has 12 years experience in the financial services industry. Rob concentrates in the areas of assurance and corporate governance to private and public companies.

Rob holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting and Finance from Dana College, Blair, NE and an M.S. Degree in Accounting from Illinois State University. He became a registered Certified Public Accountant in 1997.
