Join our Wealth Management Group for a a virtual seminar on Wednesday, May 19th to discuss extended care and why it matters to plan now.
Many Americans worry that one day they will become a financial or emotional burden to their family members in the event they require LTC (Long-Term Care). Still, many have not yet prepared for this potential need. Many assume either their spouse or children will take care of them if they are no longer able to perform ADLs, or activities of daily living.
Did you know that 7 out of 10 people over the age of 65 will need some type of LTC support in their lifetime?
That’s why our Wealth Management Group is teaming up with LTC expert, Angie Hughes, to help you better understand your options by explaining the following:
- Defining Extended Care
- Elements of a Good Long-Term Care Policy
- Coverage Options and Benefits to Help You Make the Right Choice, Including Tax Treatment of LTC Insurance If You Are a Business Owner
Preparing for a long life is a necessity. As the average life expectancy continues to increase, so does the reality of needing LTC.
Today, there are more extended care options than ever. It’s important to know your choices so that you can be better able to make the best decision for you and your family.
